This is our second event this year. The last party filled DLM studio and was a great succes. We thank EVERYONE who came out in support it was a fantastic jam.. For our second edition, we have a new location as well as full lineup of new djs. Please come out and support if you can!

Spring Update!

 

Hello Everyone,

We have survived yet another winter and now we move on to beautiful spring. I have a bunch of things coming up so I thought I would share them with everyone! There has been more and more interest by promoters to book me in Toronto and I'm super happy to now be doing what I love to do almost fulltime. Here is your update for Spring!

Flyer has not been created yet but I have heard some small details that Ricky Syfer will be our headliner for the night. I'm pretty excited to throw down at the same party as Ricky as he has helped me develop the style I play today. This should be an epic night so don't miss it! 10$ Cover ALL NIGHT

April 10 - Zero Percent - Volume 1

This party is going to be held at DLM Studios at Dundas West and Bloor. It's an underground location with a great deal of character. For this event we are bringing in custom sound and lighting that is sure to amaze. We also have a killer lineup with Jamie Kidd and Kenny Glasgow headlining playing and a whole slew of other fantastic tech-house djs for the evening. Please make it out to this event as this is a new company which will add great diversity to the scene. Price is 10 bucks ALL NIGHT LONG!

Winter Update - January 2010

 

Hello Everyone,

Winter is finally here and I have been long overdue for a site update. A lot has been going on over the past few months and its been super hectic to get anything completed. Besides juggling 2 jobs, personal life and djing/producing, I have rarely any time to work on my media such as website updates, myspace updates, facebook group updates, mixes and many other media sites. I am working on possiblyl contracting someone to take care of all media aspects of this site as well as my record label as I am finding it super hard to keep in touch with this side of things. Until I sort that out please forgive me and I will try my best to figure out a solution.

New Venture

Over the course of the last few months I have been playing a lot of local gigs in Toronto as well as helping out with throwing some events at small venues across my city. A new venture which I am happy to be a part of is going to be for a company called Zero Percent. Look out for some massive parties these guys are going to be throwing with myself being their talent coordinator as well as resident dj. Their temporary site is here: http://www.zero-percent.ca/. Their focus is going to be unique events with incredible venues and massive talent being brought in from around the world so stay tuned to my updates via this site as well as theirs.

Fall Update-September 2009

 

Good Day Fans and Friends,

Summer has just passed us by and we had a great one...... Suba Nightclub rocked all summer long as well as all the other fine events I have played around town. I also wanted to include in this update, the new girl in my life Adrienne. I really wanted to give her a shout out on my personal page because she's a wonderful girl and I was fortunate enough to have met her on one of my journeys this summer.

Now for the update on my status. At this point myself and my partner are looking into what route we are taking Suba and if we are planning on fall parties there at the moment. If we decided on anything else I will update this space so you can come out and check me behind the decks. We are looking at possibly doing Saturdays as there are very few running in the city and it might make sense to try a new night to gert more traffic. Again, if anything new comes up I will update everyone on this page.

Summer Update - July 5, 2009

 

Happy Summer Everyone,

It's been a while since I have done a site update and I want to let everyone know what I have been up to over the last few months. It's extremely hard for me to keep this site up-to-date due to my very busy schedule with 2 jobs, studio work and various new events coming up, so I ask to please be patient and I'll try my best to keep my head up.

New Residency!!!!!

Starting July 17, I am pleased to announce my new residency in my hometown at Suba Nightclub. I will be holding this residency with fellow Torontonian Mike Montana, and playing a variety of styles from techno to tech-house and minimal. Our vision to the night is bring a fresh and new underground party to the city and expose Toronto to some new and local internation talents. Here are the event infos:

Event Information

Please join us on July 17th for House Your Body’s first party at Suba Nightclub. Our past events have been known to many as a true underground experience. Great dj’s amazing vibe and to top it off we have a fantastic new venue that is close to the downtown core.

The Venue

Suba nightclub is located at Spadina and College, just west on Spadina above Factory Direct. The venue has hosted many Latin events in the past and through a colaboration with House Your Body, it will open its doors to the underground scene. We work hard to find the most suitable spaces for our parties and we have no doubt this will be your venue of choice this summer. Huge bar, upscale lounge, clean washrooms, massive dance floor equipped with A/C and industrial fans to keep you cool while you do your thing on the dance floor. Stylish, ample and perfectly located in the core of the city. In addition there is plenty of public access either via 2 x 24hr transit lines or car. There is plenty of parking without the cost or worries of the club district.

The Music

For our events we will be catering to all genres of music, providing you with the best in House, Techno and Minimal. We will be having some of Toronto’s finest every week and we promise to mix it up just enough to keep you coming back for more.

I have 3 new tech-house mixes ready for eveyrone as well as 1 new Hard Techno mix which will be coming out very soon. 2 of the mixes were recorded on June 1st and 2nd. They are both of different minimal genres, one being darker harder club movers and the other being more funky with tech house and techno, here are the links:

My newest mix I have just recorded a few days ago, it's a Tech-Mix from Canada Day (July 1st). It features some of the darkest new beats I have and is more techno based with a couple of tech-house tracks. Expect a lot of big builds and mechanical beats in this one. Here is the link to that one:

As I was saying, I will have a new Hard Techno mix online soon, which will feature some of the newest banging beats out there. It will be hosted on Concrete Djz radio channel on Techno.fm, and it should be up next week or so. As soon as I have a link, I will post it to this site. Releases

There is one new Hard Techno track out by me on Vegimi's digital label Take More Recordings, which should be out really soon. Again, when I have more info's I will post them on here as well as on my Soundcloud and Facebook pages.

I also want to bring to everyone's attention my latest collaboration with Wesley Gauthier. About 3 or 4 months ago, I met Wes at a club and we decided to try and do some collaborations over the next few months. These collaborations are going to be techno based with a hint of minimal and tech-house for good measure. Welcome!

Hello everyone and welcome to my new homepage. After a brief downtime I am back and ready to rock you once again. The new site layout is simple and to the point. You will find my latest news as well as new mixes and booking info. It's been quite some time since I have done any new mixes and/or website updates and I am going to try and stay on top of the site and make sure I can provide for all of your techno needs.

Let me start off by letting you know about a few changes to my style. As most of you may know, I have always played a blend of techno with hard techno. This year I have decided to broaden my horizons and expand into a slower techier style of mixing.

After being back in Toronto for some time now, I have noticed a change in the scene here to a slower more minimal sound. Back in the day it was no problem playing as there were always clubs and parties doing harder techno nights. Well those days are long gone and the minimal techy/tech-house is really booming. With that said I have tried to increase my versatility so I can play out more and do what I love most......making people move.

This does NOT mean that I am no longer playing hard techno. I will be following up my newer tech mixes with a hard techno mix soon which will feature all of the newest hardsignal releases as well as some tracks I have been collecting on my time off.
